{"id":22035,"date":"2026-04-07T14:19:03","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T18:19:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ssaquebec.ca\/?p=22035"},"modified":"2026-04-08T13:40:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T17:40:41","slug":"the-first-cohort-of-the-lhs-incubator-has-wrapped-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ssaquebec.ca\/en\/news\/the-first-cohort-of-the-lhs-incubator-has-wrapped-up\/","title":{"rendered":"The first cohort of the LHS Incubator has wrapped up!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Unit\u00e9 de soutien au syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 apprenant (SSA) Qu\u00e9bec is proud to announce the official conclusion of the very first cohort of the LHS Incubator. <\/strong>Launched in the fall of 2025, the LHS Incubator aimed to provide intensive, personalized support to project teams within Qu\u00e9bec&#8217;s health and social services network to strengthen the integration of learning health system principles and impact measurement into their initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the program, participating teams benefited from a collaborative environment, diverse expertise, and opportunities for collective learning, enabling them to structure, test, and evolve their projects in real-world contexts. This first cohort fully demonstrated the potential of the LHS approach to support transformative projects and foster continuous system improvement. <strong>Successfully completing the program does not necessarily mean seeing a project through to completion as originally planned. Reflectiveness and partnership-based work enabled teams to make the right decisions, which sometimes meant pivoting or reorienting their efforts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Congratulations to the teams!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to the three project teams from the 2025 cohort, whose projects demonstrate the commitment, creativity, and leadership of the network\u2019s teams. Their participation makes a tangible contribution to the implementation of a Qu\u00e9bec healthcare system that is more learning-oriented, innovative, and impact-driven.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The team from the Program for the Implementation of a Single-Session Intervention (ISU) at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.santemonteregie.qc.ca\/centre\">CISSS de la Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie-Centre<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The team from the project to improve the follow-up pathway for children at <a href=\"https:\/\/lepetitrepere.ca\/\">Le Petit Rep\u00e8re de Rimouski<\/a> (social pediatrics)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The team from the project to improve a pathway to excellence in operational management at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cisss-lanaudiere.gouv.qc.ca\/\">CISSS Lanaudi\u00e8re<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Closing Event<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On March 25, 2026, we gathered the teams from the 2025 cohort, members of Unit\u00e9 de soutien SSA Qu\u00e9bec, and staff and collaborators in Longueuil.
