The aim of this study was to describe the perceptions of professionals and managers regarding the use of the life history questionnaire in the C\u00f4te-Nord region and to understand the factors influencing its implementation in this context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We conducted a qualitative study. Interviews were analyzed using a descriptive-interpretive approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Social workers play a key role in completing the questionnaire and discussing its use with other staff members, who value the tool for personalizing care. Barriers to its use include high staff turnover and the difficulty of fostering a culture shift.
