ACCÈS RECHERCHE is a platform for accessing research facilitation services, developed in partnership with Réseau-1 Québec, to provide research capacity to frontline clinical settings, as well as advisory services to researchers on methodology, clinical realities, writing protocols, recruitment, dissemination, letters of support and cost estimates.

It is a living laboratory offering services from the Réseaux de recherche axée sur les pratiques de première ligne (RRAPPL) to provide a learning health system for care and outreach services. This network includes over 50 frontline clinics in Québec that serve over 500,000 patients.
