The Université de Sherbrooke is the legal representative of the Unit in its capacity as signatory to the agreement with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). As such, it is responsible for applying and complying with the new sections of the aforementioned law. However, the Unit is responsible for putting in place a means of ensuring compliance with the Université de Sherbrooke directive.
