The Unit’s ability to offer structured programming for Quebec in the coming years is thanks in part to the assets it has developed, as well as recent investments by the Quebec government for transforming clinical and organizational data into knowledge and the generous fellowship program from the FRQ for POR succession training.

Through its programming, the Unit will mobilize key health care system stakeholders to help implement the full potential of a learning health system on health and social services trajectories. Unit programming will be offered through a variety of initiatives.

  • Support implementation and evaluation of the LHS project in Quebec’s four RUISSSs, in coherence with its vision and its quadruple aim. For more information
  • Respond to provincial and federal requests that are consistent with the Unit’s vision.

More specifically,

  • Develop and support LHS capacity to evaluate health experiences (PREM) and outcomes (PROM) reported by patients. For more information
  • Support the development of a study on health and social services trajectories in vulnerable populations, namely Indigenous communities.
