Program for scholarship holders

Fonds de recherche du Québec fellows can enhance their careers by adding patient-oriented research and expertise in learning healthcare systems to their skills.

Since 2014, the Unité de soutien SSA Québec has administered a scholarship program in collaboration with the Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ).

In addition to access to a scholarship offered by the Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ), the Unit’s program provides numerous opportunities and varied activities.

  • Develop your professional and research skills
  • Benefit from a program of development and outreach
  • Participate in training and scientific events
  • Take advantage of various forms support and mentoring at provincial and national levels
  • Participate in provincial and national committees
  • Collaborate on research projects supported by the Unit
  • Take at least the following training courses:
    • Modules 101 and 201 on patient partnership
    • Partner recruitment
  • Take the following asynchronous training courses:
    • Continuous quality improvement and learning health system (in french)
    • POR/Passerelle (in french)
  • Participate in the fellows’ welcome day
  • Participate in Fellows’ Annual Scientific Day
  • Participate in Fellows’ Community of Practice
  • Participate in mentoring and development activities for the cohort

The Unit’s fellowship community comes alive in a variety of ways:
