Launched in fall 2025 by the Unité de soutien au système de santé apprenant (SSA) Québec, the LHS Incubator offers intensive support to project teams within the health and social services network. It aims to help them integrate learning health system concepts into their projects.
The LHS Incubator is a collaborative, partnership-based initiative. It mobilizes knowledge and guides teams in integrating impact measurement.

Eligibility criteria
- A project that is:
- Implemented or in the process of being implemented
- Carried out in partnership (patient, clinician, non-profit organizations, municipalities, population, etc.)
- Minimum 3 people
