The second video in our COVID-19 series is entitled “Patient-oriented research in a pandemic: how and why” This video was made by the Unité de soutien SRAP du Québec in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence on Partnership with Patients and the Public (CEPPP) and Réseau-1 Québec.

Are you a researcher with a research project related to COVID-19? Are you working in a hospital, clinic or basic research? This video was created for you. Are you familiar with patient partnerships.
Join Dr. Alain Vanasse and Audrey L’Espérance, Ph. D., to learn:

  • how to establish it, even during a pandemic;
  • the benefits of patient-public partnerships.

This video is part of our COVID-19 series. The purpose is to teach you about patient-oriented research (POR) and show you how it is realistic and beneficial, particularly during a pandemic.

The Unité de soutien SRAP du Québec is connected with the Quebec COVID–Pandemic Network (QCPN), a Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé initiative. The main objective of the QCPN is to create an environment of close collaboration to coordinate research efforts, prioritize actions and accelerate discoveries and their application to infections caused by SARS-CoV-2.
