Unité de soutien SSA Québec is inviting teams in the Québec health and social services network to discover the LHS Incubator’s intensive, personalized support program, which offers twelve workshops with experts, personalized coaching and co-development over a six-month period!
You will integrate the notions of a learning health system into your project in a co-construction and partnership approach. The result will be a mobilization of knowledge and the orientation of your team in the integration of impact measurement.

Course
The selected teams will take part in three-week cycles that will be repeated eight times:
- Week 1: Workshops
- Three-hour workshops on Monday afternoons every third week
- Week 2: Coaching
- One-hour meeting every third week, depending on availability
- Week 3: Break/teamwork
And so on.
2026 cohort timeline
The 2026 LHS Incubator cohort program will run from September 9, 2026 to February 25, 2027.
- April 2026: start of the recruitment period
- Mid-June 2026: selection interviews begin
- Mid-July 2026: written announcement of shortlisted teams
- Late August 2026: first virtual contact meeting
- September 9 and 10, 2026: face-to-face launch days
- November 11, 2026: day of face-to-face workshops
- February 24 and 25, 2027: closing days
