The purpose of this tool is to provide practical recommendations, an example and resources to create a Rapid and Rigorous TransCultural Adaptation (RR-TCA) of questionnaires used in the areas of program assessment and quality improvement (QI) in health services (e.g., questionnaires developed and validated in English, but not available in French).
