At the seminar Activer le système de santé apprenant québécois : de la théorie à la pratique (Activating Québec’s learning healthcare system: from theory to practice) held on May 11, 2023, 75 people co-constructed an action plan to inspire decision-makers and members of the health and social services network to do things differently in order, ultimately, to make Québec’s healthcare system a learning one. The people involved in this exercise come from a variety of backgrounds: research, care, social services, management, academia and the public.
